Payments are issued weekly via direct deposit to the checking account we have on file and are available at your bank every Monday or the first business day if Monday is a holiday that week.
If you have not received a payment, please login to Selflane Business, click Owner's portal and select Payments.
Here you can check the balance of their account and the deposit status. A deposit could fail if you have errors in the entered bank information. Please add a correct checking account and set it as the default account.
You can have multiple checking accounts in profile and update the default account any time.
Please delete the incorrect or outdated bank information in your account.
