The fastest way to resolve issues with your order is give a call to the restaurant ASAP. The restaurant has options to refund you, replacing missing items, redeliver incorrect order, etc.
If you cannot resolve the issue with the restaurant, please reply the order email or open a ticket here at the Help Center with us. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
Please note that for delivery orders, the drivers do not open bags to check items especially given the circumstance we are in now.
